🛒 Are your products authentic and original?
Yes — all products sold on GamerStoreToys are 100% authentic and originally designed.
We have over 10 years of experience in the fidget industry and operate as both a brand owner and manufacturer with CNC production capability.
We do not sell replicas or unauthorized products.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping cost and delivery options will be shown during checkout based on your location.
We also offer special promotions and seasonal discounted shipping events — follow us for updates.
📦 How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:

Processing time for all orders is 24–72 hours, depending on stock availability.
Backorder or custom OEM/ODM may require additional time.
📍 How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can also log into your account to view order history and tracking status.
If you cannot find the tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
📦 What if I never receive my package?
If your estimated delivery time has passed, please contact us at:

We will investigate with the carrier. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will resend your order or issue a refund.
👤 Do I need an account to place an order?
No — checkout as a guest is available.
However, creating an account allows you to:
- Track orders and shipping faster
- Save your wishlist
- Access member-only discounts
- View warranty status
- Participate in loyalty rewards (coming soon)
Do you offer OEM / ODM / Custom CNC requests?
Yes — we accept OEM, ODM and custom CNC machining orders

🛠 What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos / videos of the issue
- Packaging photos
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
↩️ What is your return and refund policy?
Unused items that meet the return criteria can be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
Items with wear, scratches, or custom designs will not be accepted for return unless there is a quality issue.
Please note that as our warehouse is located in China, return shipping costs for non-quality issues are the buyer's responsibility.
